It is now faster and easier for you to hit Gold! You now just need 450K points (down from 500K) points to unlock all the best benefits.
6 months Tier Cycle
Silver and Gold members will enjoy a boost to their points for 6 months. You can stay on the tier if you achieve the same amount of points within the 6 months period.
Immediate Upgrades and Points Rollover!
All customers who are already on their way to hitting Gold (450K and above) will instantly upgrade to Gold by 15th Jan. In addition, all points accumulated in 2023 will roll over to 2024.

Achieve Silver rewards with earning just 100,000 points within the 6 month period. Once you’re there, you have again 6 months and are only 350,000 points away from the Gold rewards! Unlock more rewards and benefits with every upgrade!

Yes, but we’ve made sure that the expiry date is always in your favor. Your tier rewards are valid for 6 months from the qualification date and until the end of the month (“validity period”)!
For example: you have unlocked Gold tier on 10 April, your tier will only expire on 31 Oct. We always make sure to give you more!
To keep enjoying Silver rewards, you will need to accumulate 100,000 new points and to maintain Gold rewards, you will need to accumulate 350,000 new points within the validity period respectively.
With the accelerated earn rate, it becomes easier to maintain your tiers. But wait, there’s more! Each time you reach the thresholds, the new validity period starts from the latest end date.
For example: your Gold rewards expire on 31 July, and you have accumulated another 350,000 points by 20 June. Your Gold rewards will be extended for another 6 months starting from 1 Aug. It just keeps getting extended infinitely! Enjoy the best rewards with your Gold status with ease!
We want you to keep benefiting from us, and enjoy our rewards for as long as possible - even when your tier is downgraded.
If you have not accumulated sufficient points to maintain your tier, your tier will be downgraded - but only by one level at a time! This means if you have Gold tier, after validity period you will be placed to Silver tier even if you do not have sufficient points.
